ON OUR SAFETY PROGRAM
At Sachse Construction, safety is the number one priority on every job site. In addition to our in-house team of safety professionals, every team member plays a vital role in protecting all who enter our job sites by complying with federal, state, local, and company policies and procedures. This includes those required by Occupational Safety and Health Administrators (OSHA), as well as those that may be site-specific such as working in an occupied building. With safety always top-of-mind, our team has achieved an excellent recordable incident rating and Experience Modification Rating (EMR).
With an award-winning training program, each of Sachse Construction’s project managers and superintendents has:
- 30-Hour OSHA Card
- Annual lead and asbestos training
- Environmental awareness training
- CPR certification
- AED certification
- Red Cross First Aid certification
OSHA refresher courses are also offered each month and as needed from our in-house Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and Safety Director.
