Project Manager Tiffany Spano is a motivated, results oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. While the primary focus of her work has been on Education and Healthcare facilities, Tiffany’s communications process, combined with a vast knowledge base, have helped her to successfully complete multi-million dollar projects through trade coordination and partnership development - always on schedule and within budget. She is well versed in contract negotiations, risk mitigation, various contract delivery types, project estimation, planning and scheduling, Building Information Modeling, MEP systems, cost management and document control. Her talents for resolving impending design problems and identifying issues prior to fabrication and installation, as well as her commitment to onsite safety concerns and issues, have made her a valuable member of Sachse’s team of dedicated professionals.

Tiffany currently resides in Plymouth, Michigan with her husband and two daughters. Competitive soccer is a family affair, with everyone playing at one level or another, and spare time is spent with family and friends… always welcoming the chance to have fun and get moving.
