Ron Henry

As Senior Vice President at Sachse Construction, Ron is responsible for building new customer relationships, achieving financial growth, and establishing and executing business strategy. Ron’s extensive industry experience spans the institutional, higher education, and healthcare markets. His deep understanding of construction, architecture, engineering, and real estate position him as a versatile and esteemed leader.

Ron’s experience includes prior leadership roles with Beaumont Health as Corporate Vice President of Real Estate, Design and Construction, Detroit Medical Center as Senior Vice President of Facilities Management, Engineering and Construction, Plante Moran CRESA as Senior Vice President of Healthcare and AECOM (formerly URS Corporation) as Managing Principal – Michigan. He previously managed multi-million-dollar projects, including the day-to-day management of large lease portfolios, tenant leasing strategies, land acquisitions, and dispositions.

Ron earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and his Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. He has obtained licenses as a registered architect in 44 U.S. states, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and sits on the board of directors for the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan Foundation, Engineering Society of Detroit, and the Alumni Council of the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning.

Ron lives in Waterford Township with his wife and three children. A thrill-seeker at heart, Ron enjoys checking items off his bucket list from climbing Machu Picchu to waterskiing and snow skiing.
