Ted Dobbs, LEED® AP

A proven project leader and industry veteran, Ted Dobbs has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry working as a superintendent, estimator, and project manager. As a project manager for Sachse Construction, Ted manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale projects. Ted has extensive experience with specialized projects ranging up to $250,000,000 including casinos, resorts, hospitals, schools, government facilities, and automotive/industrial buildings. Ted is a LEED accredited professional and certified value analyst with skills ranging from facilitating solutions to challenges, cost control, and developing and maintaining complex schedules. Ted is a team player who communicates and strategizes with his coworkers, subcontractors, architects, and owners to ensure that every project is a success. Ted’s multifaceted project experience and commitment to client satisfaction make him essential to Sachse’s operations team.

In his spare time, Ted enjoys spending time outdoors, surfing the great lakes, snowboarding, mountain biking, and participating in long distance runs and triathlons. When Ted is not managing a construction project, he loves to help his friends and family with home improvement projects.
