Sachse Construction completed the construction of the 700 square foot Swarovski store at the International Market Place. The project consisted of millwork, drywall, flooring, fixture installation, and carpentry. Some of the fixtures were shipped in from Germany and Italy, which required a level of attention to detail along with careful coordination.
One challenge that arose during the construction of the store was the installation of the of the storefront’s finishes, which arrived too small to fit the width of the store. The project team built custom finishes that were installed to make the original fixture blend smoothly, in order to ensure the store could open on time for the mall’s grand opening.
The client appreciated the Sachse team’s extra efforts to find a solution to overcome this challenge. The project team successfully completed Swarovski on time and within budget.
