Orvis hired Sachse to not only build the store from the ground up, but also to build the 18,000 square foot space according to stringent earth quake specifications. The exterior of the building was built with wood and stone finishes, and the interior was designed with pea stone floor paths. Sachse built several dressing rooms, restrooms, an employee lounge, and a back-of-house storage system. Sachse held weekly team meetings with the owners, vendors, construction staff, and Orvis staff, which helped lead to the success of the project. While working closely with the City of Roseville, Sachse met all of the client’s expectations and successfully delivered the project on time.
