Sachse Construction built out the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Alex J. Etkin Specialty Center in Southfield, MI. The 10,000 square foot facility specializes in Allergy & Immunology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, ENT/Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, Metabolic Clinic, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Sleep Studies, and Speech / Language Pathology and Audiology.

The project’s scope included tenant improvements to accommodate the various departments. This consisted of rebuilding the interior offices, moving walls to accommodate specific requirements. Additionally, new lighting fixtures were installed and walls were repainted to give the space a child-friendly and fun feel.
