American Cut pays homage to the original and inspirational New York dining experience: the steakhouse. After the success of its Tribeca location, LDV Hospitality decided to open its second American Cut location in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Sachse Construction was hired to oversee the construction of the 8,000 square foot restaurant, which features a 200-seat dining room, and 60 staff members. The project consisted of a complete buildout of the restaurant and incorporated all new HVAC and electrical systems.
