Our Director of Accounting, Michelle Chmielewski, has over twenty years experience in private and public accounting with a strong background in operational analysis. She also has over fifteen years experience in commercial and residential construction management and development.

As Director of Accounting, Michelle manages the accounting, human resources and administrative departments and is responsible for project billing and collections as well as the general and administrative costs of the company. She has managed, trained and supervised all accounting personnel — utilizing Timberline Extended Gold software for a complete Accounting/Job Costing/AIA Billing Package. She is also well-versed in the processes required by title companies and banking institutions for the construction industry, and has developed organized systems for high volume workflow.

Michelle currently resides in Waterford, Michigan with her son.
